Beyond Retro x Seasalt
Our second collaboration with Beyond Retro, taking used fabric and turning it into wearable art for him and her.
Less waste is a design choice. That’s why, on our journey to reduce textile waste and pave the way towards a more circular future for fashion, we’re back with an exciting new collaboration with Beyond Retro. Just like our first collaboration in 2025, the mission was clear: create one-of-a-kind pieces made from quality fabrics, carefully chosen and cut from garments that are unfit for resale.
This time around, we’ve grown the collection. It comprises eight standout pieces in a mix of denim and cotton styles, each based on a much-loved Seasalt design from our menswear and womenswear ranges. In short? New clothes. Repurposed fabric. Timeless pieces.
The styles we decided on were some of our favourite Seasalt staples, ready for reimagining and perfect for pairing with existing pieces in your wardrobe.
In our womenswear range, we chose to recreate four items that form the foundation of an easy, versatile capsule wardrobe.
The Gwenver Jeans
A modern barrel shape with an easy-to-wear high rise waist, and the Eyebright Shirt is a comfortable classic with cuffs that can be turned up on warmer days.
The Sleeveless Brouse Dress
An effortless summer style with a gathered waist and airy fit, made from panels of tonal striped shirt offcuts.
The Salt Weave Pinafore
A versatile, easy-fit shape that can be styled through the seasons, perfect for layering with T-shirts and jumpers.
From our menswear, we selected three essential styles to create four different pieces: our half-placket, smock-inspired Hawser Shirt, our straight-fit Jenken Shirt and our Tompot Jacket in two materials. The garment shapes were chosen as we know these are the pieces you’ll wear through the seasons.
They are some of our most popular styles, and now they're available in a hand-selected combination of colours and textures that naturally differ from piece to piece.
The Tompot Jacket
A straight-fit jacket with reinforced pockets and a button-through placket. Chest pocket has an internal side entry pocket.
The Hawser Shirt
A versatile overshirt with a buttoned half-placket and a patch pocket on the chest and reinforced elbows.
The Jenken Shirt
Our take on a classic oxford shirt in a regular fit, with a button collar, curved hem and side seam splits.
