Community Clothing x Seasalt | The Collection

A curated collection of menswear essentials, made in the UK and celebrating Cornish colour.  

Our new collaboration with Community Clothing is designed to bring together Cornish colour and British craft. It's an exciting, small-but-perfect collection, complete with four timeless menswear staples that we know will come in handy whatever the season, year after year. 

The Chore Jacket

The Community Clothing x Seasalt Chore Jacket breathes new life into a utilitarian classic. 

This modern take prioritises comfort and durability. It was cut and sewn in Blackburn, Lancashire using a quality cotton canvas that’s built to last through the seasons. The spirit of the original inspiration – 19th century workwear – lives on in classic touches, with a four-button placket, three external pockets and an internal chest pocket.

Patrick visited the factory to see it being made, even taking a moment to appreciate the comfortable, classic fit. 

The Crew Neck Jumper

The Community Clothing x Seasalt Crew Neck Jumper was designed to elevate everyday layering. It adds premium touches to a wardrobe essential, in colours that capture the feeling of life by the coast.  

Designed for wear through changing seasons, this jumper has been knitted in Scotland with a quality two-ply lambswool yarn for ultimate warmth. Saddle shoulders add subtle structure to the classic fit, complete with charming, ribbed details for that finishing touch. 

The Straight Fit Jeans and Walking Socks

The best pieces in your wardrobe are the ones that work the hardest. That’s why the Community Clothing x Seasalt Selvedge Straight Jeans are a mainstay, designed for effortless, everyday wear. Cut and sewn in Blackburn, these jeans have been made to last with a 12.5oz raw selvedge denim; a premium fabric known for its ties to American workwear. It softens and fades with every wear and wash for authentic character unique to you.  

Knitted in Hathern, Lancashire, the Community Clothing x Seasalt Walking Socks are made with a soft organic cotton blend in a choice of Cornish colours that always add to your outfit. They’re ribbed and cushioned for comfortable all-day wear, scattered with flecks throughout for a premium touch – because socks should never be an afterthought. 

Community Clothing has always celebrated the very best of British workmanship and the wonderful things that make our textile communities such great places to live and work. Likewise, Seasalt has always celebrated the best of their small corner of Britain, from the colourful social and industrial heritage to the beautiful land and seascapes, they celebrate all that makes Cornwall wonderful, and it was a pleasure to work with them on this project.
