You’ll help us by;

  • Creating and maintaining existing Terraform code to manage Azure services (Infrastructure as Code)
  • Designing, creating, and maintaining integration services between Seasalt’s core infrastructure and 3rd parties based on Stakeholder requirements
  • Managing development tasks via Azure Devops
  • Creating and maintaining DevOps CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Maintaining codebase using GIT (Azure Devops)
  • Developing Microservices within AIS (Logic Apps, Functions and Containers)
  • Maintaining Azure SQL database objects using DAC
  • Developing code in C# and JavaScript
  • Writing and maintaining technical documentation for the development team

 

The skills you will be sharing with the team;

With a degree in a computer science or related field, you’ll have the skills and working knowledge required to meet the key tasks of the role. This includes knowledge of Azure Cloud, Terraform, SQL, Azure Devops and GIT repositories alongside development experience in one of the following: Microsoft .NET C#, Python, JavaScript. You’ll also have experience of working in Agile projects.

Experience working with modern API’s (SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, XML etc.) is also key for this role and Azure Certifications a bonus.

You’ll love to problem solve and you’ll know how to ask the right questions of Stakeholders when building solution blueprints.

With a passion for operational excellence and building things the right way, you’ll have strong organisational and planning skills.

Comfortable speaking with stakeholders and third parties, you’ll have strong verbal and written communication skills and will enjoy collaboration.

You’ll also enjoy taking part in code reviews, pair programming, hackathons and learning new skills.

You’ll help us by:

Leading the Marketplace channel across a variety of Marketplaces, you’ll produce regular reporting of key trading performance, feedback, themes and market conditions to share internally, setting clear actions and initiatives to balance risks and opportunities, and to meet and exceed our targets. 

 

You’ll keep up to date with marketplace trends for our geographical territories that we operate in, ensuring we’re relevant to each market and maximising sales opportunities. You’ll work with the wider team to identify and onboard new marketplace partners, while developing and maintaining a profitable operating model that can deliver rapid growth in the channel. Ensuring the commercial and contractual relationship is fully optimised, you’ll agree and deliver key performance indicators and continuously review performance to identify further improvements.

 

Leading internal trade calls and meetings, you’ll work closely with a range of departments across our business. You’ll work with Operations teams on the flow of data and assets to ensure timely seasonal launches, work with Planning and Merchandising teams to ensure the right product is available for each respective Marketplace, and work with our Marketing and Product teams to trade the business.

You’ll help us by:

You’ll establish high functioning commercial partnerships to build the business profitability, whilst ensuring the Seasalt brand and customer experience in the store partnership channel is meeting our high standards. You’ll establish and maintain an effective level of communication both internally and with partners in regards to product availability, launch dates, delivery and stock levels. Through regular trade performance reporting, you’ll gather feedback, themes and market conditions, setting clear actions and initiatives to balance risks and opportunities, and to meet and exceed our targets. 

Working with direct to customer and wholesale colleagues, you’ll map brand presence within regions and across the various channels to retail, M&S, independent department stores and boutiques. Keeping up to date with retail trends for all geographical territories we operate in, you’ll use your knowledge to maximise sales opportunities and to identify and onboard new partners.

Leading internal trade calls and meetings, you’ll work closely with Merchandising, Operations, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure that partner sales performance, stock position and marketing/promotional activities are in line with set plans and market conditions. You’ll build quarterly and seasonal sales plans and forecasts, providing commercial input and feedback.

You’ll also stay informed about email marketing regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws, such as GDPR.

 

You’ll monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics. Additionally, you’ll conduct testing on email campaigns based on data and insights to optimise performance, improve engagement, and to inform future strategy and growth plans.

  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management.

You’ll help us by:

You’ll implement the overall social media content strategy in line with our business objectives, ensuring alignment with our brand aesthetic, tone of voice and key marketing campaigns. Working with the Product Marketing, Brand and Creative team, you’ll brief and manage the creation of high quality and visually compelling social media content that drives awareness and interest, while maintaining cohesive across our channels.

Scheduling all social media posts, you’ll work with the Product Marketing and Brand teams to ensure timings are aligned to the marketing content calendar. You’ll contribute to and update the Marketing Calendar for your channels, and report on our KPIs and channel metrics for social organic activity, to understand our performance and where we need to make improvements or informed changes.

Keeping on top of the latest trends, tools, and best practice, you’ll drive a social -first culture for our channels to optimise the effectiveness of our content. You’ll be fully immersed in understanding our customers, what they are engaging with on social channels and how to share content that resonates with them. Creative Designer (Part Time Maternity Cover)

As a Creative Designer, you’ll work closely with the Creative Manager to develop the visual direction of our brand. You’ll use your free-hand illustration and graphics skills to translate illustrations into packaging and design marketing material that is engaging and reflect Seasalt’s brand look and feel, keeping the end user and sales targets in mind.

With a key eye for detail, you’ll suggest new creatives with selected imagery, type, illustrations and finishes to ensure each catalogue appears new and exciting. You’ll review final layouts and suggest any improvements, making artwork print/web ready as the brief requires.

 

Keeping up to date with the latest trends, innovations, production techniques and sustainability, you’ll use your creative flair and understanding of our customer to inspire new ideas to share with the wider team. You’ll have a passion for innovative and creative new formats across all print techniques and materials, using this to inspire the creation of mock-ups for sign off.

 

The skills you’ll be sharing with the team:

  • A Graphic Design degree or similar/equivalent would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational and planning skills to adhere to critical paths with a clear step by step approval processes.
  • Proven previous experience within graphic design, with good illustration skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally
  • Print production knowledge and experience
  • Naturally creative with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Based on the Cornish coast, we're a multi-channel lifestyle brand with over 70 shops across the UK & Ireland, over 400 wholesale stockists and a growing online business.

As a Junior Creative Designer, you’ll work collaboratively with the Creative Graphics Team to help develop the visual direction of our brand. You’ll support with the design and production of briefs that combine both written and visual elements, ensuring these are delivered within agreed time frames and are consistent with the brand guidelines.

With an eye for colour, composition and typography, you’ll produce print and digital concepts that represent the look and feel of our brand, designing with the customer and sales targets in mind throughout.

Please note, as part of our Seasalt Connected approach to ways of working, this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall head office locations (minimum 40% of working week but the nature of some roles may require more working time in our head offices) and remotely within the UK.

You’ll help us by:

With an interest and previous experience in email and social media design, you’ll use your graphic design and animation skills to produce new and exciting concepts to engage with our customers, which are consistent with the relevant launch and printed assets.

 

You’ll support the Print Graphics Team with designing garment branding, labels and packaging, and the production of in-store adverts and marketing material. You’ll create mock-ups for sign off and will be passionate about finding innovative and creative designs across all print formats and materials.

 

You’ll work with the wider team to produce graphics for video content, web assets for our e-commerce website and adverts for 3rd party sites. This is a collaborative role, where you’ll build positive working relationships with the wider Creative Team, and other internal departments.

 

The skills you’ll be sharing with the team:

  • A Graphic Design degree or similar/equivalent would be advantageous.
  • An interest and proven experience in email and social media design would be advantageous, as would website UI.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative suite.
  • An interest of prior experience in Animation.
  • Awareness or experience of FIGMA.
