As an Accounts Payable Assistant at Seasalt, you will help keep our finance operations running smoothly. Working closely with the finance team, you will ensure suppliers are set up correctly, invoices are processed accurately, and payments are made on time.
You will manage the day-to-day flow of invoices, matching purchase orders, receipts and invoices, resolving queries, and recording everything accurately in the finance system. You will also process employee expense claims and company credit card statements, making sure payments are handled promptly and in line with company policy.
In our approach to hybrid working, we expect our people to work a minimum of 40% of their week from a Seasalt Office in Cornwall, the remaining 60% of the time will be from home (or your chosen location – however, you must be based in the UK)'

As part of the Properties Team, the Retail Design Manager (UK & Ireland) is responsible for leading and delivering retail design and projects for all new stores in the UK and Ireland, as well as our existing estate.
The Retail Designer will lead on design projects across the existing estate, including store refits, redecoration, signage updates, and changes to fixtures and shopfloor layouts. They will produce technical drawings and documentation for planning, landlord approvals, tender and construction, while managing key stakeholders throughout each project.
With strong CAD technical capability and design interpretation and appreciation for the Seasalt brand style, the role will require the creation operationally successful retail designs that adhere to set budgets whilst inspiring and exciting the Seasalt customer.

Leading the UK&I store project programme for new shops and design projects from inception through concept development to handover and AsBuilt publication.

Developing new design concepts, features and decorative elements by keeping up to date with design trends, competitors, design shows, research trips and design resources.

Producing and coordinating comprehensive project drawing packages, including plans, elevations, details, sections, visuals and specifications to support decision making and construction.

Managing new shop opening setups including snagging, overseeing installations and taking surveys to produce accurate AsBuilt plans.

Leading competitive tender processes, preparing required documentation and drawings, and managing contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure quality, time and budget control.

Coordinating stakeholders across multiuser retail sites, ensuring adherence to centre guidelines and securing all necessary approvals.

As an Email Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging email communications from initial concept through to build, deployment and reporting. Working closely with the wider Email Team and cross-functional partners, including trade, product marketing, creative and loyalty, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the channel, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
