e-Gift Card Update
We’ve just launched our new website and have noted a few issues with Gift Cards. We’re really sorry and we are working hard to resolve this for our customers as quickly as possible.
If you are wanting to look up a gift card number/ balance or PIN code please wait for e-mails from us. We will be sending you two e-mails. The first e-mail will have your gift card details and balance and the second e-mail will have the pin number. You should receive these e-mails by 23rd July 2021. Please wait until this date before getting in touch. If you have not received an email please check your junk or spam email first.
If you have a gift card and have not received an access e-mail by this date, please e-mail contactus@seasaltcornwall.com with the purchase details (order number/ purchase date/ value/ purchaser e-mail) and we will aim to provide you with the correct gift card details and access arrangement.
We hope to have returned gift card payment functionality to our checkout in the next week. Currently, we’re really sorry, but you are unable to pay online or via customer services with a gift card, however our Seasalt shops can still accept gift cards as payment in person.
