How do I get an ROI Loyalty Card?

Getting your own Shop Loyalty Card is easy. Simply speak to the staff next time you’re in your local Seasalt shop. You’ll need to provide your name and email address, and the team will set up your card.

Who can join?

Anyone in ROI can get a Shop Loyalty Card and start earning stamps on purchases made in Seasalt shops in ROI.

How do I earn stamps?

You’ll earn 1 stamp for every €80 spent in Seasalt shops in ROI. Just present your loyalty card at checkout.

What do I get when I collect stamps?

When you reach 5 stamps, you’ll get €20 off your next purchase. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a loyal Seasalt customer.

Where can I use my loyalty card?

At the moment, our ROI loyalty card is only available to use in Seasalt shops. Online purchases will not go towards earning stamps.

What happens if I lose my card?

Visit your local Seasalt shop and speak to a team member. They’ll help you get a new card but unfortunately we’re not able to replace lost stamps.

Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Card - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Seasalt Limited (Seasalt) Privacy Policy, govern Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty scheme in ROI. By joining the scheme, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Additional Terms and Conditions may apply for additional elements of the scheme, such as competitions and prize draws.

Our Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Card launched on 16th December 2025 and will be available until further notice.
Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Cards can be used in Seasalt shops in ROI. Find your nearest shop here.
Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Cards cannot be used online or in outlets, stockists, or shops outside of ROI. Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Cards are not available to employees of any Seasalt Group companies.

Earning and redeeming stamps

Stamps are awarded for every €80 spend in one transaction only in a Seasalt shop, stamps cannot be awarded for multiple transactions totalling €80 or over, or for purchases online.
When you first join the Shop Loyalty Card and make a purchase, you will get a free welcome stamp.
Once you have 5 stamps, you’ll get €20 off your next purchase.
Your final stamp will be dated the date of your final valid transaction. You will then have six (6) months to apply your €20 discount.
You must be able to show a completed row of stamps on one card to redeem your reward. When redeeming you must only purchase one item and use your €20 reward in one transaction.
For returns where the loyalty €20 reward was used, you will be issued with a full row of stamps to use on your next purchase.
Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Cards are not valid against the purchase of Seasalt Gift Cards or charity donations via Adyen giving.
Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Stamps are non-transferrable and may not be “saved up” and added to someone else’s card.

Membership

Each card belongs to the customer who registered it, cards cannot be shared. Members of the Loyalty Scheme are entitled to one membership only.
You must provide the required personal details to sign up (customer name and email address or home address are the minimum requirement). We will use your contact details to let you know about Seasalt offers, products and services that are the most likely to interest you. The GDPR allows us to do this as part of our legitimate interest in understanding our customers and providing the highest levels of service. It also helps us check for fraud.
It is your responsibility, and a condition for your membership, to keep your email address and contact details up to date.
Companies, groups, associations or other entities, or others making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership. The membership may not be used for reselling or profit. 
If you decide you do not wish to share your personal data with us any more, you can ask us to delete it (please see our Privacy Policy for more details) but if you do this we may not be able to provide some of the services you have asked for.

Cancellation

Seasalt reserves the right to amend our Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to you, and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if it becomes necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Seasalt will not accept liability for lost or stolen Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Cards but damaged cards may be replaced at Seasalt’s discretion.
Seasalt reserves the right to cancel a Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Card, where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected, or where Seasalt suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions or abuse of the scheme, or any behaviour relating to the scheme that involves theft, misconduct, offensive or misleading behaviour.
Seasalt reserves the right to refuse to accept a Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Card, where it reasonably suspects that the Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Card may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated or obtained in another illegal way.
Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Cards will be verified at the time of issue and each individual shop reserves the right not to accept any Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Card if it has or appears to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
By signing up for a Seasalt ROI Shop Loyalty Card, you are accepting and will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Seasalt Privacy Policy.
