SEASALT SHOP LOYALTY CARD
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Seasalt Cornwall privacy policy, govern the Seasalt Shop Loyalty scheme, and any application for participation in the scheme will be treated as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions may apply for additional elements of the scheme, such as competitions and prize draws.
- Seasalt Shop Loyalty Cards launch on 15th June 2019, valid until further notice.
- Loyalty Cards can be used in UK Seasalt shops (excluding outlets and stockists).
- Loyalty Cards cannot be used in Westport, Clonakilty, outlet stores, stockists, or online.
- Loyalty Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Loyalty Cards are not valid for the purchase of Seasalt Gift Cards.
- Each card is personal to the customer who registered it; cards cannot be shared.
- Members of the Loyalty Scheme are entitled to one membership only.
- Stamps are non-transferable and cannot be added to someone else’s card.
- Stamps are awarded for every £50 spent in a single transaction, not for multiple transactions.
- Stamps are also awarded for online purchases if you present your Order Confirmation email in-store (UK only) within 28 days of the transaction.
- You can claim loyalty stamps for up to 4 online orders or transactions by visiting a Seasalt shop with your Order Confirmation emails, order numbers, or receipts.
- To claim stamps for 5 or more online orders, email contactus@seasaltcornwall.com with order numbers, contact details, and your loyalty card number.
- It may take at least 2 weeks for the customer service team to issue your stamps for 5+ online orders; shops cannot issue more than 5 stamps in one visit.
- Personal details (name, email, address) are required for signing up for a Loyalty Card.
- Seasalt will use your contact details to inform you about offers, products, services, and events, as well as to check for fraud.
- If you wish to delete your personal data, you can request it, but some services may not be available afterward.
- Seasalt reserves the right to amend Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions or cancel cards if necessary, without affecting your statutory rights.
- Seasalt is not liable for lost or stolen Loyalty Cards, but damaged cards may be replaced at its discretion.
- Seasalt may cancel a Loyalty Card in cases of suspected fraud, breach of terms, abuse of the scheme, or inappropriate behavior.
- Seasalt reserves the right to refuse a Loyalty Card if it suspects tampering, duplication, or illegal activity.
- Loyalty Cards will be verified at the time of issue; shops may refuse damaged, forged, or tampered cards.
- Only one exclusive coupon from the August 2019 catalogue may be used per Loyalty Card.
- Signing up for a Seasalt Shop Loyalty Card means accepting these Terms & Conditions.
