SEASALT REWARDS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Seasalt Limited (Seasalt) Privacy Policy, govern Seasalt Rewards (the Seasalt loyalty scheme) in the UK and Northern Ireland. By applying to join the scheme, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Additional Terms and Conditions may apply for additional elements of the scheme, such as competitions and prize draws. 

  • Seasalt Rewards loyalty scheme launches on 1st May 2025 and will be available until further notice. 
  • Seasalt Rewards loyalty scheme is available for UK purchases at seasaltcornwall.com and in UK Seasalt shops, excluding Penryn Shop. Find your nearest shop here. Seasalt Rewards loyalty scheme is not available in outlets, stockists, branches in Ireland, USA or purchases outside of the UK at seasaltcornwall.com. Seasalt Rewards loyalty scheme is not available to employees of any Seasalt Group companies.

EARNING POINTS 

  • You will be awarded one Rewards loyalty Point for every £1 spent on Seasalt products. You will earn one Point when pennies spent on Seasalt products accumulate to the value of £1. 
  • You cannot earn Rewards Loyalty Points on certain transactions, such as purchasing gift cards, charity donations via Adyen giving, postage and delivery fees or carrier bag charges. 
  • To earn Rewards Loyalty Points, you must provide the active Member ID or email address associated with your membership to the team member at a Seasalt store, or sign into My Account before making your purchase online.  
  • You may view your Rewards Loyalty Points balance at any time by logging in to My Account at seasaltcornwall.com. 
  • As a Seasalt Rewards loyalty member, any Rewards Loyalty Points that were earnt when purchasing will be deducted from your points balance when returning 
  • Rewards Loyalty Points will expire 24 months after they are credited to your membership account. Don’t forget to use them before they expire!  

  • Rewards Loyalty Points will be credited to your membership account once invoiced.  Please allow 24 hours 

  • Rewards Loyalty Points will be pending for 28 days after they are credited to your account in line with our 28 days returns policy.  After the 28 days the points will become available to spend on future purchases.  You can view your points as "pending" in your online account during this 28-day period 

REDEEMING POINTS 

  • Each Rewards Loyalty Point is worth £0.05 to spend on products in Seasalt UK shops, excluding Penryn, or for UK delivery at seasaltcornwall.com 
  • Rewards Loyalty Points can be redeemed against purchases of Seasalt products in our UK and Northern Ireland shops or shopping in the UK online at seasaltcornwall.com.  
  • You cannot spend your Rewards Loyalty Points on certain transactions, including purchasing gift cards, charity donations via Adyen giving, postage and delivery fees or carrier bag charges. 
  • Rewards Loyalty Points are credited after returning purchases whereby Rewards points we’re used as a payment method.  Rewards Loyalty Points cannot be exchanged for cash. 

MEMBERSHIP 

  • You must provide the required personal details to sign up (customer name and email address or home address are the minimum requirements). We will use your personal details to administer your Seasalt Rewards loyalty account on the basis of your consent and the membership contract between us. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information. 
  • To qualify for your birthday treat as a Seasalt Rewards loyalty member you must provide your birth date in your online account.  Only one birthday treat is awarded within a 12-month period. 

  • The Birthday discount is only available for Seasalt Rewards members, who have signed up to Seasalt Rewards and entered their date of birth. If you previously received your Birthday discount via opt in to our marketing emails and would like to continue to do so, please sign up to Seasalt Rewards.  

    £10 off applies to purchases of full price items online at seasaltcornwall.com and in UK or Northern Ireland Seasalt shops with a minimum spend of £25. Enter your promo code at checkout. Or alternatively, our customer services team are available to take your telephone order on 01326 640075. Please quote your code when you call. Cannot be redeemed in concessions or outlets. Offer valid for 1 month after receipt of email. Offer is redeemable once per customer & cannot be transferred to any other individual. Offer is only valid on full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Not valid for on sale items, standard promotions, multi-buys, gift vouchers or previous purchases. Offer excludes the Beyond Retro collection and the Seasalt Circular collection. Seasalt Cornwall reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice. 

  • We will use your contact details to let you know about Seasalt offers, products and services that are the most likely to interest you. As a member of the Seasalt Rewards loyalty scheme we will also send you news and information about offers and events that may enable you to earn more points. The GDPR allows us to do this as part of our legitimate interest in understanding our customers and providing the highest levels of service. Your contact details also help us check for fraud. If you decide you do not wish to share your personal data with us any more, you can ask us to delete it or to unsubscribe you from marketing (please see our Privacy Policy for more details), but if you do this we may not be able to provide some of the services you have asked for. 
  • It is your responsibility, and a condition for your membership, to keep your email address and contact details up to date. 
  • Members of Seasalt Rewards loyalty scheme are entitled to one membership only.  
  • Membership cannot be shared with another person. Points are non-transferrable and may not be “saved up” and added to someone else’s loyalty account.  The sale or transfer of points is expressly prohibited.  
  • Companies, groups, associations or other entities, or others making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership. The membership may not be used for reselling or profit.

CANCELLATION 

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our Customer Service team. If you cancel your membership, any Rewards loyalty points will be forfeited. 
  • Seasalt reserves the right to cancel a Seasalt Rewards loyalty Membership, where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected, or where Seasalt suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any abuse of the scheme, or any behaviour relating to the scheme that involves theft, misconduct, offensive or misleading behaviour.   
  • Seasalt will not accept liability for lost or stolen Seasalt Rewards physical Loyalty Cards, but damaged cards may be replaced at Seasalt’s discretion, n our UK stores only, excluding Penryn.
  • Seasalt Rewards Loyalty Cards will be verified at the time of issue. Seasalt reserves the right to refuse to accept a Seasalt Rewards Loyalty Card, where it suspects that it may have been stolen, tampered with, forged, duplicated, obtained illegally or otherwise tampered with.    
  • If Seasalt suspects that a breach of these T&Cs may have occurred, your Seasalt Rewards loyalty membership may be suspended or terminated without prior notice and any accumulated Rewards loyalty points will be forfeited. Seasalt reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary where the member is suspected of breach of these terms, including contacting the Police. 
  • Seasalt reserves the right to amend our Seasalt Rewards Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions or terminate the Scheme at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights. 
  • By signing up for a Seasalt Rewards loyalty scheme, you are accepting and will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Seasalt Privacy Policy.
