What is Seasalt Rewards? 

Seasalt Rewards is our way of rewarding our valued customers. As a member, you'll earn points for every purchase online or in our shops, which can then be spent on future purchases.

I already have a Seasalt account, how do I join Seasalt Rewards? 

There are two simple ways to join:

  • Join online - log into your account and you’ll see the option to sign up. Be sure to check you’ve added your birthday in the My Details section so we can send you a birthday treat! You’ll receive an email with a link to a digital Rewards card which you can use when you’re shopping in a Seasalt shop.
  • Visit a shop - a member of our team will explain the process and sign you up. You’ll receive an email with a link to a digital Rewards card to use when you’re shopping in a Seasalt shop. When you’re shopping online, just sign into your account linked to the email address you gave in store.  

Once registered, you'll start earning points on all eligible purchases straight away. Just make sure you’re logged into your account when shopping online.

I don't have a Seasalt account, how do I join Seasalt Rewards?  

There are two simple ways to join:

  • Create an account online - simply enter your details and ensure the box to join Seasalt Rewards is ticked. Be sure to add your birthday so we can send you a birthday treat! You’ll receive an email with a link to a digital Rewards card which you can use when you’re shopping in a Seasalt shop.
  • Visit a shop - a member of our team will explain the process, take your details and sign you up. You’ll receive an email with a link to a digital Rewards card to use when you’re shopping in a Seasalt shop. You'll also need to create an online account using the same email address before shopping online.  

Once registered, you'll start earning points on all eligible purchases straight away. Just make sure you’re logged into your account when shopping online. 

How do I use my digital Rewards card? 

When you join Seasalt Rewards you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to download your digital Rewards card. You can save it to your smartphone wallet and show it at the till in our shops to earn and spend points.

To add your digital card to your wallet:

  1. Open the email titled “Seasalt Rewards Digital Card”
  2. Tap “Get My Digital Card”
  3. If prompted, allow access to add the card
  4. Tap “Add” in the top right corner
  5. Select to ‘Add to Wallet”
  6. Confirm by tapping “Add” again

Once added, open your wallet app and you’ll see your Seasalt Rewards card. Just show the QR code at the till when shopping in our shops to earn or spend your points. 

Who can join?  

Seasalt Rewards is open to customers in the UK, both online and in Seasalt shops.

Earning and spending points

How do I earn points? 

You will earn points for every pound spent on eligible items, Terms and Conditions apply. For every £1 spent you earn 1 point.

If you’re in a shop, please show the team your digital Rewards card. If you’re shopping online, ensure you’re logged into your account that is linked to Seasalt Rewards.

Points will become available to spend 28 days from the purchase date to allow for any returns or online cancellations. Before this, these points will be marked as pending in your online account.

Can I earn points on past purchases? 

Points cannot be earned on purchases made before joining Seasalt Rewards or where your membership was not applied. All future purchases will earn points once you're enrolled and identified as a member in a shop or online. Be sure to log into your online account when shopping online and show your digital Rewards card in our shops.

How do I spend my rewards? 

After spending £100, you’ll have £5 (100 points) in rewards to spend as you like. No need to wait for a voucher, you can use them on your next purchase once you have £1 in points. You can check your available points in your online account.

If you’re shopping on our website, make sure you’re logged into your account. On the Review & Pay page, you’ll see the option to use your Rewards. Enter the amount in £ that you’d like to use and apply. As long as you have £1 to use, you can spend as many or as little of your rewards as you’d like.

If you’re in a Seasalt shop, simply show the team your digital Rewards card and they can let you know your available balance. Let the team know how many points you’d like to spend.

How do I get my 10% off for joining? 

When you join Seasalt Rewards, you’ll get 10% off your first purchase. You’ll recieve a code via email along with your digital Rewards card.

If you’re shopping online, please enter the code at the checkout. If you’re in a Seasalt Shop, the Sale Advisor will apply the discount for you.

10% off applies to purchases of full price items and is valid for 7 days from the date you join. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more details.

How do I get my birthday treat?  

To receive your £10 birthday treat, add your date of birth to your Seasalt Rewards account. You can do this by signing into My Account and updating the My Details section.  

Once you’ve joined Seasalt Rewards, added your birthday to your online account and are opted into marketing emails, we'll send your birthday treat directly to your inbox. Make sure your details are up to date at least 3 days before your birthday so we don’t miss it!

£10 off applies to purchases of full price items with a minimum spend of £25 and is valid for 1 month. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more details.

Need to resubscribe to marketing emails? You can do this by signing up to our newsletter in the website footer or by contacting our Customer Services team.

Can I combine my rewards with other offers or discounts? 

Yes, rewards can be used for online and in-store purchases as a payment method. Other promotions or discounts will apply unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions.

How can I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance and rewards by logging into your account on our website. Go to the Rewards section where you’ll see available and pending points. Points will become available to spend 28 days from the purchase date to allow for any returns or online cancellations. Before this, these will be marked as pending in your online account.

You can also ask a member of the team in our shops.

Do my points expire? 

Yes, points expire 24 months from the date they’re earned.

Can I share or transfer my points? 

Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts. 

What happens if I return an item? 

If you return an item(s), the points earned on that item(s) will be deducted from your account. If you used points to pay for the item, they will be credited back to your available points balance.

Transitioning from stamp cards

Why did the Seasalt loyalty scheme change? 

We upgraded our loyalty scheme to a digital system to improve your experience and provide rewards to both in-store and online customers. Seasalt Rewards is designed based on our customer feedback.

What happens if I find a stamp card after 30th June 2025? 

Our Terms and Conditions state that we cannot transfer any stamps into our new digital Rewards programme after this date. Unfortunately, this means that you will lose the value of any stamps after 30th June 2025.

Can I cancel my membership? 

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time by contacting our Customer Service team. Please note any unused points or rewards will be lost.
