Security

Our site is certified and tested quarterly by Security Metrics to ensure that we are fully PCI compliant and that high security standards are maintained.

Payment for orders placed on our UK website must be made by debit or credit card, or by PayPal. If you pay by debit or credit card, your card details are processed by Adyen, an accredited payment service provider. Both Adyen and PayPal protect your payment details from interception because they scramble (or encrypt) the details before they are sent from your computer to theirs. To protect credit and debit cardholders, all payments are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.

For orders outside of the UK, Channel Isles and Isle of Man, we have partnered with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your Seasalt products to over 100 destinations worldwide! When you buy your Seasalt products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e// Seasalt **, and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place your order). You can contact Global-e here.

Unauthorised Websites and Fraudulent Social Media Accounts

You may encounter an unauthorised website or fraudulent social media account operating with the appearance of our Seasalt branding and logo, showing Seasalt products and photography. These are not legitimate Seasalt partners and we would strongly urge you not to transact or share your details through these channels. We encourage you to be vigilant about suspicious account names or website URLs, the absence of security trustmarks, padlock symbols and accreditations for online shopping, or too good to be true promotions. Please be assured that we take this very seriously and take immediate action to report these sites and get them removed. If you have attempted to make a purchase on one of these sites, contact your bank as soon as possible.
