Zelah Shirt with Frilled Collar

A soft, feminine blouse made with from a smooth blend of breathable organic cotton and silky modal. Gentle gathers at the shoulder and elasticated cuff give the sleeves a subtle blouson volume, and the frilled collar has a roleaux tie which can be left loose or tied in a playful bow over the notch neckline.
