We use Royal Mail’s Tracked service for all our standard UK & CI orders.

As all orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may have to pay customs fees when your parcel reaches the country you live in.

You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you’ll need to pay these fees to release your order from customs.

We don’t have any control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in. Any orders with a value above the threshold amount will be charged import fees, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

When you buy your Seasalt products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e// Seasalt **, and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place your order). If you have bought (or received!) an item an it’s not quite right, don’t worry, we've got a 'no quibbles' returns policy.

You have 28 days from the day you receive your purchases to return your items.

We are working with Global-e to offer easy returns at a great price. You can choose between an express or standard return. Express returns are free. A standard return will need to be paid for directly to the courier of your choice when posting. For more information please visit our Returns page.
