As our Senior Logistics Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for operations and performance of all logistics functions, including inbound and outbound goods movement, inventory management and acting as the management contact for all 3rd party providers and couriers.
Leading a team of Managers, you will drive high performance through effective leadership, development and coaching to create inspired and engaged teams. With a proactive approach and considerable logistics experience, you will seek opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
This is a full-time, permanent role and will primarily be based in our Distribution Centre with occasional remote working.
You’ll help us by:

Organising, motivating and encouraging teamwork within a large workforce to ensure KPIs and productivity targets are met across all areas.

Regularly meeting with all team managers to understand operational demands and clearly communicating workload plans with the aim to find efficiency savings, striving for continual improvement.

Working closely with third party suppliers to identify efficiencies in the total supply chain.
-
Attending and participating in weekly trade meetings, keeping up to date on the business’ progress and expectations.

Producing regular status reports to the Director of Logistics to update on operational management and forecasts.
-
Proactively developing medium and long-term plans to mitigate any risk to the operation and identify improvement opportunities.

Leading and developing the DC management team, enabling them to confidently lead their department’s day-to-day operations, manage any staffing issues, and develop their team.

Taking responsibility for Health and Safety across the DC, ensuring that guidelines are adhered to by all employees, covered in new employees inductions, and nullify any potential hazards, reporting to the H&S Manager as appropriate.

Maintaining accurate and timely DC stock inventory by adhering to processes, ensuring safe and efficient storage, optimising housekeeping, and working cross‑functionally to manage stock rotation and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.

Liaising with suppliers regarding external storage and inbound delivery of goods, understanding incoterms, shipping modes and supply chain planning.

Our Process Improvement Analyst is pivotal in managing end to end implementation of operational initiatives and improvement of existing working practices to drive efficiency and ensure new opportunities are delivered to business targets. This role will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure all projects meet deadlines and business requirements.
A key collaborator, the Process Improvement Analyst ensures projects and initiatives are sufficiently documented and mapped from inception to business-as-usual practice.
This is a full-time, permanent role which is based remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to our Cornwall head offices.
You’ll help us by:

Owning the delivery of operational objectives and input into transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Merchandise and Partners teams.

As a Designer within our Accessories category, you’ll design considered, elegant, and commercially successful collections that reflect the brand’s modern yet timeless aesthetic. The role requires a deep understanding of effortless sophistication, high-quality craftsmanship, and functional yet refined design. Through a balance of creativity, commercial awareness, and sustainable innovation, the Designer will craft pieces that resonate with the brand’s discerning customer.
Please note this is a full-time, 4 month fixed term role, primarily based in our Falmouth head office (typically three days per week) with occasional remote working.
You'll help us by:

Developing seasonal collections that embody a refined, intelligent and wearable aesthetic in line with the brand’s handwriting.

Translating mood boards, cultural influences and trend research into edited and clear ideas, and produce cohesive, elevated, contemporary designs.

Designing for multiple categories with a strong awareness of fabric, fit and proportion to ensure effortless wearability for the customer, reflecting the brand’s signature aesthetic.

Sourcing and developing premium, sustainable and profitable fabrications, textures, and finishes that align with the brand’s ethos of quality and longevity.

Ensuring fabric choices enhance functionality of the designs, supported by technical.

Exploring innovative techniques that reduce waste, optimise material usage, and enhance circularity while keeping longevity and versatility in mind.

Creating precise technical drawings, design packs and specifications for design development samples, working directly with and utilising the supply base.

Working closely with the supply base to refine design and fit, proportion, and detailing, and seamless handover to Technical.

Leading during fittings and development sampling, ensuring each product meets the highest standards of design, quality and craftsmanship.

Partnering with the Design, Buying and Merchandising teams to balance creativity with commerciality, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative that will appear across campaigns.

Presenting and articulating design concepts to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the brand vision, including branding considerations where appropriate.
