As the Senior Marketing Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing plans that support overall business objectives. This role focuses on market analysis, customer insights, campaign planning, brand and product marketing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure marketing initiatives generate incremental value and deliver measurable results. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, product and merchandising teams, and marketing channel leads to drive sales, customer lifetime value, brand awareness and brand love. 

Please that this is a full-time, permanent role which could be based either in Cornwall or remotely across the UK. Please note that remote candidates will be required to travel to our Head Offices in Cornwall on a monthly basis 

You’ll help us by: 

  • Developing seasonal marketing strategies and annual marketing plans that respond to and deliver on commercial, customer and brand objectives, driving sales profitable growth.  

  • Identifying growth opportunities through market trends, competitor analysis and customer insights. 

  • Working with the Senior Customer Strategy Manager and Senior CRM & Email Manager to align on customer-led campaigns and building insight drivenchannel optimised campaigns that support customer growth and retention. 

  • Leading the team to deliver effective marketing plans, campaigns and content through high-qualityinsight led briefs and a strong understanding of customers and products. 

  • Managing, mentoring and developing team members, including the Campaign Planning Manager, Retail Marketing Manager and Assistant Direct Mail Manager. 

  • Collaborating with Digital Marketing and on/offline trade teams to optimise and adapt activity in response to trading performance. 

  • Being flexible and resilient, able to work to challenging deadlines with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Acting as a brand guardian, driving positive brand differentiation and working closely with the Brand Content and PR teams to bring Seasalt brand values to life.  

  • Championing brand sustainability commitments and credentials ensuring our content and stories in print reflect the businesses’ goals and ambitions. 

  • Identifying key customer needs and developing exciting, distinctive, fresh and inspiring marketing propositions based on deep product and customer understanding. 

  • Defining and overseeing highly aligned, integrated, channel optimised marketing campaigns and product storytelling that deliver best-in-class outputs and strong ROI. 

  • Owning the seasonal planning process, ensuring efficient ways of working and seasonal development timelines are well managed and adhered to, working alongside buying, design, merchandising and creative teams to translate seasonal collections and product categories into strong campaignthat drive sales and delight our customers. 

  • Setting clear and SMART KPIs for all marketing campaigns and stories to shape campaign and channel execution, tracking, measuring and optimising performance. 

  • Championing continuous improvement, encouraging creativity, ideation and a test and learn approach to maximise marketing effectiveness. 

 

The skills you’ll be sharing with the team: 

  • A demonstrable passion for and experience in brand and product marketing, particularly in the clothing sector.  

  • Relevant qualification or equivalent, proven experience as a Marketing Manager.   

  • Digitally savvy and technically confident, you’ll have extensive Microsoft Office skills and the ability to get to grips with new technological innovations when required. 

  • Advantageous to have demonstrable experience and expertise in Retail/Wholesale/International/Brand/Social/Product Marketing/Customer Data and Insight. 

  • Able to demonstrate a keen understanding of the needs and perspective of the customer, as well as strong product awareness.

As a DC Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence within our Distribution Centres in Redruth, driving a continuous improvement culture and a safe, inclusive working environment. You’ll ensure that all picking, shipping and returns operations are carried out in line with customer and business expectations and in a safe and efficient manner.  

With people at the core, this role requires a strong people manager who will work collaboratively with managers to develop high performing teams in line with our company values and policies. The DC Operations Manager’s aim is to engage, motivate, train, and develop our people so we may delight our customers through delivering excellence.  

Please note this is a full-time, permanent role primarily based at our Cornwall Distribution Centrein Redruth. 

You’ll help us by: 

  • Overseeing the resource plan for the DC on a weekly basisutilising forecasting tools in agreement with merchandising and the Senior Logistics Manager. 

  • Understanding and supporting long term resource requirements of the DC, proactively taking action to ensure resource is planned to meet output targets. 

  • Overseeing the Managers regarding all picking, packing, and shipping operations, ensuring customer and business expectations are met and any risks are communicated to key stakeholders in a timely manner. Operational areas include, but aren’t limited to: wholesale, online, retail, employee orders and partner picks.  

  • Having a clear understanding of the ERP and shipping systems and ensuring that DC KPI’s are understoodmonitored and met by all Managers. 

  • Working alongside the DC HR Business Partner and Managers to address any people concerns and providing relevantup to date advice in line with our policies and procedures. 

  • Working alongside the Stock & Systems Manager to ensure effective planning and implementation for both new and existing partners, covering pick resources, booking processes, documentation requirements, and support for 3PL partners. 

  • Overseeing the returns processing operation for online customers, wholesale and eBay, ensuring customer and business expectations are met and communicating any risks to key stakeholders in a timely manner. 

  • Ensuring Managers have a robust recruitment structure, induction plan and training plan in place which is adhered to and revised regularly. 

  • Role modelling behaviours to the wider Warehouse team and ensuring managers are supported in coaching individuals, improving processes, adopting safe working practices and adhering to company policy and procedures. 

  • Ensure there is a culture of succession planning, supporting managers to develop future leaders and multi skill their team to maximise efficiency and cross functionality of team members. 

  • Contributing to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews to achieve operational objectives. 

  • Taking an active part in any relevant projects as necessary. 

 

The skills you’ll be sharing with the team: 

  • Proven management experience in a logistics/distribution/warehouse environment. 

  • Experience in an Operations Manager role. 

  • Experience of managing and developing a team in order to maximise their input into the business. 

  • Knowledge of current HR legislation and employment law, and familiar with People processes such as investigations, disciplinary and capability reviews.

As an Assistant Merchandiser, youll play a key role in supporting the Merchandiser to deliver agreed sales and profit targets. You’ll help manage the Range Plan with accuracy, ensuring clear analysis and insight is available to shape both current and future collections. Taking responsibility for category and attribute level forecasting, flow lines, and line card management, you’ll also create price change models to support seasonal markdowns and promotional activity. 

 

Working collaboratively within the product team, you’ll contribute to shared goals while taking ownership of your own area, partnering closely with the Assistant Buyer to help build each season’s range. You’ll follow the Buying Calendar and Critical Path diligently, communicate clearly with colleagues, and occasionally deputise for the Merchandiser when needed.  

 

Please note, as part of our Seasalt Connected approach to ways of working, this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall head office locations (minimum 40% of working week) and remotely within the UK  

You'll help us by: 

  • Supporting the Merchandiser by collating information for the Range Plan for all sales channels, ensuring the range plan is accurately maintained and submitted for company roll ups in a timely manner. 

  • Assistant with line level forecasting based on historical sales. 

  • Ensuring all relevant tasks are completed in line with the Critical Path. 

  • Working with the Merchandiser to understand and actualise commitment, sales, markdown and open to buy on the category cards. 

  • Proactively identifying blocks of product to create forecasting models and making recommendations for new ordersrephasing of current commitments and fabric commitment based as required, and in line with trade. 

  • Ensuring all purchase orders are accurate and reflect the required level of commitment, the correct sizing and the desired intake dates, updating department ratios where necessary from size analysis.  

  • Assessing channel performance, key driving categories and best and worst selling lines and suggest appropriate course of action to Merchandiser to maximise sales. 

  • Creating price change models (either markdown or promotional) under the supervision of our Merchandisers, as a reaction to current trade. 

  • Working with the Merchandiser to build and update relevant seasonal reports. 

  • Collating and providing information for the Merchandiser including: commitment and intake phasing, the departmental margin and sales history for the Range Plan (rate of sale, cover). 

  • Assessing sales (by option), reviewing intake of stock and distribution in line with requirements.

As a Product Marketing Assistant, you’ll help craft engaging and inspiring product campaigns and content plans for all Seasalt collections and initiatives. With a strong focus on understanding what matters most to our customers, you’ll bring our products and stories to life in a way that builds brand awareness and loyalty.  

In this collaborative role, you’ll interpret campaign results to identify future opportunities, improvements and how to maximise campaign performance across different customer touchpoints. 

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Cornwall with a hybrid working approach, working from Head Office for a minimum of 40% of the week and the remainder remotely. 

You’ll help us by: 

  • Taking an active role in our seasonal planning process, working to translate the vision of our design and product teams into inspiring content that creates value for our customers and our business.   

  • Supporting the Campaign Planning Manager with ideation for campaign/product story plans and briefing packs that instigate and give guidance for the execution of key product stories for all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.  

  • Harnessing customer insight via our channel leads – Customer Experience team, Customer Analyst and Senior CRM Manager - to build campaigns/stories that support our customer growth and retention targets.   

  • Integrating our brand and product sustainability strategy, weaving our commitments and sustainability credentials into our content and stories across all channels.   

  • Prioritising briefs efficiently into our graphic design team, working to a clear and well communicated critical path, managing amends and gaining all relevant approvals.  

  • Working closely with Product Marketing, Brand Content, PR, Online Trade, and Digital Marketing teams to create campaigns and content plans that inspire and drive sales of our products amongst our target customers.  

  • Collaborating with counterparts in Buying and Merchandising teams, reacting quickly to trading, stock or product changes and identifying additional opportunities to support key product areas.   

  • Ensuring consistent, high-standard content across all touchpoints, with an eagle eye for accuracy and attention to detail. 

  • Keeping the marketing calendar and product content planner up to date, reflecting current and seasonal plans. 

  • Gathering sales data and insights to report on campaign performance, using SMART objectives and defining key measures of success.  

  • Staying up to date with the latest developments in fashion, retail and online, sharing learnings and presenting opportunities for future campaigns to ensure continuous improvement and that we maintain a competitive edge.

  • Allocating Wholesale SMS samples to agents within required timeframes.
  • Balancing stock between stores, channels and warehouses, ensuring that stock is well-managed and satisfies demand for online sales and wholesale orders.
  • Understanding category performance by store and key styles, proposing opportunities.
  • Being aware of the local market level risks and opportunities, using this knowledge to shape immediate actions and longer-term plans.

We’re looking for an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to help us deliver reliable, secure and high-performing digital experiences. You’ll make sure our web applications built on Magento and services hosted in Microsoft Azure (including Microsoft Dynamics 365) are thoroughly tested and ready for release. 

You’ll build and run automated tests that catch issues early and support smooth deployments, while carrying out manual testing where needed. Working closely with developers, product managers and quality teams, you’ll help improve our testing approach and raise standards across the board. You’ll also work in line with the expectations of your band in the Seasalt Success Framework and follow all Seasalt policies and procedures. 

Please note that internallythis role will be referred to as ‘Test Analyst’.  

Please note this role is based remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to our Cornwall head offices. 

You’ll help us by 

  • Developing and maintaining automated test scripts for web and backend systems using tools such as Selenium and Playwright. 

  • Building and running automated regression tests to protect existing functionality. 

  • Designing and managing continuous integration and deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps, embedding automated testing into every release. 

  • Carrying out automated security testing using tools such as OWASP ZAP, identifying vulnerabilities and supporting their resolution. 

  • Monitoring and improving performance using Google Lighthouse, plus running load and stress testing where required. 

  • Ensuring our platforms meet accessibility standards, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, using tools such as a11ywatch or kayle. 

  • Performing manual testing to validate functionality and user experience. 

  • Logging, tracking and supporting the resolution of defects within sprint cycles. 

  • Maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation of test cases, scripts and results. 

  • Supporting and mentoring other engineers in automation best practice. 

 

The skills you’ll be sharing with the team 

  • Certification in a recognised testing framework, such as ISTQB Foundation Level or Certified Selenium Professional 

  • Experience testing Magento platform architecture, including custom modules and integrations 

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD Pipeline Management: experience using Azure DevOps to automate testing processes from development to deployment. 

  • Practical experience building automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright or similar tools 

  • Knowledge of security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP to identify and resolve vulnerabilities. 

  • Performance Optimization Experience: ability to use tools like Lighthouse to evaluate and improve web performance metrics. 

  • Accessibility Compliance Knowledge: understanding of accessibility testing tools like a11ywatch/kayle or other similar tools, with experience in ensuring compliance with WCAG standards.

As a Dynamics Developeryou’ll lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Bringing your experience and knowledge of Dynamics platformsyou’ll play a key role in driving innovation and scalability across the Seasalt’s technology landscape. 

In this role, you will support and mentor other developers, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices in software development, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, accessibility, and security.
