This is a full-time, permanent role. In our approach to hybrid working, we expect our people to work a minimum of 40% of their week from a Seasalt Office in Cornwall, the remaining 60% of the time will be from home (or your chosen location – however, you must be based in the UK).
You’ll help us by:
Crafting persuasive, benefit-led product copy that connects with our customers, combining key product facts with empathy and insight to answer what they really want to know. You’ll write engaging, accurate product descriptions for both our website and third-party retailers, ensuring all content is tailored and optimised for each platform and market.
You’ll also take ownership of key wholesale presentation assets, writing and proofreading the seasonal lookbook and factsheet to support our sales and marketing activity. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to naming seasonal products and support the Copy team in bringing our collections to life through creative and consistent storytelling.
Collaboration will be central to your role. You’ll work closely with our Product and Design teams to understand the inspiration behind each collection, as well as the unique features, benefits, and technical details of our products. You’ll partner with the Compliance team to ensure all sustainability messaging is accurate, meets relevant guidelines, and reflects our values. Working alongside the Digital team, you’ll help make sure our product descriptions are SEO-friendly and keyword optimised. You'll also assist in creating wholesale scripts and brand partnership collateral that strengthen our messaging across channels.
Beyond product copy, you’ll support the writing, proofreading and fact-checking of a wide range of marketing content—from catalogues, website, email campaigns and blogs, to point-of-sale, social media and internal communications. You’ll also lend your skills to ad hoc creative copywriting projects as needed.
Being immersed in our tone of voice will be essential, helping to ensure that all copy aligns with Seasalt’s values, personality, and brand positioning. You'll stay tuned into popular culture and industry trends to keep your copy fresh and relevant, while maintaining a strong understanding of our customers and competitors to help differentiate our brand in a crowded market. The Release and Deployment Engineer will ensure the quality and efficiency of software releases. This includes performing quality assurance reviews, coordinating with various teams to determine release schedules, optimising deployment processes, maintaining environment records and communicating release activities to the business. The role will also involve carrying our technical deployments to test environments and production systems.
This is a full time, permanent role and can be based remotely within the UK, with occasional travel to our Cornwall head offices, as needed.
You'll help us by:
Working closely with the Release and Deployment Manager, you’ll perform quality assurance reviews of release candidate documentation, test plans and associated results. You’ll liaise with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to help determine release schedules.
To enhance deployment efficiency, you’ll combine multiple software changes into release packages. You will also be responsible for maintaining and communicating environment status, versioning, and usage records across the business. Configuring and maintaining test environments, you’ll ensure required integration components are present and available.
You’ll maintain environment records related to software versioning and usage, ensuring that all test environments are properly provisioned and maintained. You’ll utilise Azure DevOps pipelines for efficient build and deployment of release packages, planning a route to live for upcoming changes and deliverables in scope of the Release Management Process. Additionally, you’ll assess the risks associated with technical changes, providing mitigations to minimise risks throughout the release cycle.
You’ll produce formal Requests for Change (RFCs) for release packages and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. You’ll support the promotion of software across various environments, including Production, and will contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and best practice in technical deployment processes.

As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a key role in driving the planning, forecasting and trading of each season’s range using your strong analysis skills. Looking at previous sales to plan for the future, you’ll support the Merchandiser to achieve agreed sales and profit targets and work with the Assistant Buyer to support the creation of each range.

- Assessing channel performance, key driving categories, best and worst selling lines and suggesting appropriate course of action to Merchandiser to maximise sales.

The Online Trade Analyst will provide specialist support around customer acquisition and retention, through the development of frameworks, models, tools, and processes that ensure that analytical insights can be incorporated into all key digital decision making.

Seasalt is a modern Cornish company with an ambitious vision. We are already established as a successful multi-channel UK retailer, with an international online presence, over 70 shops, and various marketplaces, partnerships and wholesale stockists.
As Senior Marketplace & Partnership Manager you will lead on a portfolio of fashion marketplaces and partnerships, building and developing strong relationship management, solid integration across systems and platforms, and internal cross-functional coordination of our efforts to be a leading brand on our partner sites.
With ambitious growth targets, including international expansion, you will be part of the team responsible for achieving strategic and financial targets by developing and executing sound commercial strategies.
This role is an excellent opportunity within a dynamic retailer for someone in a fashion brand or marketplace business, who loves building and developing strong business partnerships.
Please note that this role is available remotely across the UK with occasional travel to our Head Office locations in Cornwall. If you are a Cornwall based candidate, this role will be based at Head Office with a hybrid working approach.
You'll help us by:
- Managing the sales and profit performance of the marketplace and partnership business, resulting in increased customer awareness and revenue
- Maximising the market dynamics across geographies (UK&I, Europe and US), keeping up to date with marketplace trends for all territories, ensuring that we are relevant to each market and maximise sales opportunities
- Establishing high functioning commercial partnerships to build the business profitability whilst ensuring the Seasalt brand and customer experience in the store partnership channel is meeting our high standards
- Optimising the product onboarding process
- Utilising product data to maximise conversation and sales
- Establishing contractual terms and Service Level Agreements, ensuring these are monitored, kept up to date, and that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed where relevant
- Leading internal trade calls and meetings, working with Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure that partner sales performance, stock position and marketing/promotional activities are in line with set plans and market conditions
- Ensuring we have the right business models to optimise each partnership
- Executing robust marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and conversion
The skills you'll be sharing with the team:
- In depth knowledge of retail partnerships and online fashion marketplaces within the UK and Europe. US exposure would be beneficial.
- Experience with managing trading and operational realities of marketplaces, including online customer journeys and commercialisation of product data
- Previous managerial experience with good coaching skills
- Experience of working cross-functionally with great interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Track record of establishing and building relationships with partners
- Confidence in presenting to and leading meetings with external partners
- Strong commercial acumen with experience of utilising data to drive sales
