GROWING TOGETHER

WORKING FAIRLY FOR EVERYONE

We believe in creating a positive environment where our differences are respected and each of us feels valued for our contribution. Treating people as fairly as we can is part of our culture.

Equal opportunities

Whether you're applying for a role here or already part of the team, everyone has a right to work in a supportive environment that's free from discrimination, victimisation or harassment.

Recruitment Agencies

We use a preferred list of recruitment agencies and do not accept speculative CVs from recruitment agencies.

Right to Work

Applying for one of our roles? You must have the right to live and work in the UK; unfortunately we are not licensed to accept your application if you require a visa.

Adjustments

We want you to feel as comfortable and confident as possible during the recruitment process, making every stage as inclusive and accessible as possible.

Adjustments to the process to suit your needs are available (commonly known as ‘reasonable adjustments’) and there are many ways we can support you.

What is a reasonable adjustment?

Reasonable adjustments are changes an employer makes to remove or reduce a disadvantage. For example: making changes to the workplace environment, changing someone's working arrangements, or finding a different way to do something.

Below are some examples of what an adjustment may look like in the recruitment process:

  • If a test or assignment is administered, we can give extra time to allow you to complete the test.
  • If you need time to understand the questions being asked, we can send them to you before the interview to allow you to review them.
  • If you have mobility issues, we’ll work to ensure your interview/assessment is held in a place that is accessible.

These are just examples; each person is individual and so are their requirements. Please contact us at careers@seasaltcornwall.co.uk to let us know what you need to support you and to make an adjustment request.
