As a Technical Support Coordinator, you’ll act as a point of contact for the Service Desk team, supporting in delivering high-quality support to our employees with IT issues within specified SLA’s.
Working with the, Service Delivery team and wider business, you’ll help to achieve department and company objectives in line with our business vision. You’ll also liaise with 3rd party service providers to escalate issues and request information and updates.

You’ll help us by;
- Answering calls and emails from our employees regarding technical issues and queries.
- Creating and updating tickets in our ticket management software as needed.
- Ensuring emails in shared mailboxes are responded to in a timely fashion, and that the mailbox is well-maintained and organised at all times.
- Assisting our Support Technicians with creating and updating documentation – such as knowledgebase articles and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are reviewed regularly.
- Assisting with first-line support tickets, including password resets/locked accounts, account creation, enabling/disabling accounts, basic office troubleshooting, stuck transactions, and any other well-documented fixes.
- Administration support for Problem Management and Change and Configuration Management
- Deputising for the IT Procurement Assistant in times of leave – helping to arrange delivery and collection of IT equipment
- Assisting with providing communications to the wider business, relating to scheduled/planned maintenance or downtime
- Communicating with 3rd parties to log issues, and to work with 3rd parties to ensure tickets are followed up and responded to within an appropriate timeframe.

As a Properties Project Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with the Lead Retail Designer, the Facilities Team and the Health & Safety Manager to deliver the new store opening programme in UK and Ireland ensuring deadlines and budgets are met and technical and creative aspects of projects are achieved.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and contractors, you’ll help achieve goals and maintain critical paths and issue project details. You’ll review project filing, documentation, systems, and procedures to improve performance, increase efficiency and identify savings.
Reporting to the Senior Properties Manager, the Properties Project Manager will be responsible for managing all new and existing store projects through to completion to meet identified schedules and budgets.

Deadline focused, a flexible attitude to working hours and travel, and great communication skills are essential to this role.

Please note, as part of our Seasalt Connected approach to ways of working, this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall head office locations (minimum 40% of working week but the nature of some roles may require more working time in our head offices) and remotely within the UK. Â
You’ll help us by;
- Manging the UK&I store projects programme, covering new shops, re-fit and roll out projects from inception through to delivery and successful completion.
- Leading weekly project meetings with key project stakeholders from across the business.
- Driving multiple development projects simultaneously, working with the Senior Property Manager to identify priorities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Obtaining all obligatory project consents, including those required from landlords and relevant authorities such as planning permissions and consents to ensure all works are approved by the necessary parties prior to completion.
- Consulting with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure all design proposals meet Building Control regulations, Fire Safety guidelines and CDM, ensuring all units are fully compliant.
- Working alongside centre management teams at multi-user retail sites to ensure the standards set out in centre management guidelines are met and all necessary approvals obtained.
- Leading on competitive tendering processes where required to procure external contractors and service providers, including preparing the appropriate documentation and drawings.
- Managing the critical path, schedule of works and reinstatement works for all projects, agreeing the programme of works with relevant contractors.
- Leading on communications for each project, including the issuing of accurate and up to date information in a timely manner, liaising with contractors on site specific issues and undertaking site visits/ virtual site tours as required, with all feedback clearly communicated across the wider team and overseeing the implementation of all actions.
- Abide by the Retail Design Standard Pack for all projects and liaise with the Retail Design team and creative lead on any design changes with implications on budget, lead times and project delivery timescales.

With previous experience of fitout/construction industry, you’ll have broad project management experience within a similar commercial environment.

You’ll be goal focused and highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment through efficient management of work flow. With great leadership skills, you’ll inspire, engage and drive a strong team.
You’ll also have an understanding of architectural construction documents and drawing packages, with experience of project leadership, managing a properties portfolio/estate and end to end design processes; planning to site implementation.
